01Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using CyroSonic, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms form the entire agreement between you and CyroSonic.
02Use License
Your license is personal, non-transferable, and non-commercial. Use it, enjoy it, play it loud — but you may not resell it, sublicense it, charge others for access, or present it as your own work.
03User Accounts
Access to CyroSonic is through Google Sign-In only — a deliberate security decision. Your password stays with Google; your identity stays protected. You are responsible for activity on your account: one person, one account. If it is compromised, notify us immediately on Telegram.
04Acceptable Use
CyroSonic is free and open — do not abuse that. You agree not to:
- Spam or harass other users of the service
- Attack — probe, disrupt, or overload the service or its infrastructure
- Automate — run scripts that hammer our systems or bulk-download beyond normal personal use
- Scrape the catalog or repurpose it commercially
- Break laws — use the service for any unlawful purpose
Violations result in bans — issued fairly, lifted fairly when warranted. Sign-in details are used solely to keep this process orderly, as described in the Privacy Policy.
05Intellectual Property
You may not reverse engineer, decompile, redistribute, or re-upload the app or any part of it — including publishing it to app stores or mirrors — without written permission. Music available through CyroSonic belongs to its respective rights holders; your license is to listen, personally.
06Third-Party & Open Source
CyroSonic uses Google Sign-In for authentication and is built in part on open-source components, used in accordance with their licenses. The music catalog is provided for personal streaming and offline listening inside the app.
07Data Security
CyroSonic keeps nothing about you beyond your username and email (used only for abuse protection), never sees your password, and stores your playlists on your device alone. Fewer stored secrets, fewer possible leaks. Full details in the Privacy Policy.
08Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability. Features may evolve as the app develops.
09Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CyroSonic and its team shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Given that the service is free, your exclusive remedy for dissatisfaction is to stop using it.
10Changes to the Service
CyroSonic launches on Android first; other platforms follow when ready. Features, availability, and these terms may be updated as the service grows. Material changes are announced on Telegram, and the Last updated date reflects the current version.
11Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the operator's jurisdiction . Disputes are resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless applicable law grants you the right to litigate locally.
